Pros

None, you should not work here

Cons

Management is absolutely horrendous and disrespectful. CEO thinks he's God's gift to earth and that he has the answer to every question. Even if you have a reasonable case to go another direction, you will be brushed off and the company will ignore your opinions. HR is one person and constantly gossips with other leadership about employees in whispers out in the open in the office environment. You are constantly shamed for taking time off, having family obligations, and everything will be used against you if you ask for a promotion. DO NOT WORK HERE. I was constantly having to teach my manager how to do her job, everything from sending emails, editing pdfs, and one time I even had to show her how to save something to her computer. You will be constantly gaslit for the work you put in, and it will never be enough to actually move up in the company. There are also multiple open lawsuits against the company. Most of the franchising promises made to prospective franchisees are complete lies. I feel bad for anyone who invested in this company. They were scammed. Pay for employees is severely below market and the "benefits" are terrible. In fact, they are so bad that they have to put that there is free coffee and natural lighting in job descriptions. Do not waste your time by working here.

Pros

Get exposure to new tech. Fun people to be around.

Cons

Complete lack of maturity or direction. This place was absolute chaos, full of broken promises and terrible relationships with franchisees, customers, and especially vendors. CEO is an egomaniac, management is in place based on favoritism and not credentials or experience. Very judgmental group in leadership. I continually questioned the legality of everything done within the company along with the morality behind selling franchises with no proven success. Most of the selling points on products and franchise success are either lies, or based on the other end of the company that deals with schools, which seems to be a completely different business model and will never translate to B2B sales. Turnover at this company had been ~20% per year while I was there from people quitting. Compensation is below market rate and benefits are bare essentials.
