The only pros is that you have a "Job" you are not jobless. But the job is a joke and So is the company.
Cons
Not safe for decent girls The director will keep hitting on you with adult jokes. After so many years of business the only thing they have done is to make fool out off people specially college students. They literally send fresh graduate as a robotic trainer who don't even know how basic embedded C works. They will not pay your salary on time but owner have enough money to buy Audi. They will put in worse human condition to travel for training and when you ask why you are not getting normal 3ac ticket the owner will say because your salary doesn't allow that. I have made worse decision of my life to join robosapiens. They are actually robot from mind and sapience from body
