Pros
Coworkers are cool. Leaving is cool.
Cons
Management is a nightmare. Communication was a chore. Either you are being berated, or are watching other teams being berated. A good day seeing another team getting yelled at instead of yours. You spend as much time writing hyper detailed messages to avoid a blow up, as you did doing actual work. Constant moving goal posts made it impossible to hit goals, and gave management "justification" to their tantrums. You are put in to situations where 10+ hour days are required to keep up during "slow" times of year. Some teams were constantly understaffed due to management's incapability to hire in a timely fashion. Most new hires were straight from college or boot camps with little or no experience, since they are probably most willing to ignore reviews that are on here. For your own sake stay away.
