-Most non-management employees are friendly and talented -Healthcare package is pretty good -Reasonable number of vacation days and sick days
Cons
-Employees who were promised equity still haven't been told how many options they are entitled to -Management micromanages employees and doesn't trust experienced employees to manage their own projects -Management does not encourage cross-team development and, instead, tends to silo working groups -There does not appear to be an upward path for employees to grow, promote, or get raises/bonuses
