      The environment was great for learning how to teach STEM concepts. The kids were great and very eager to learn!

      Cons

      Since it is a small company, a lot of work and lesson planning can be put onto you, but the work is rewarding.

      Very open ended creativity, and great exercise of communication and design skills.

      Lots of work. while some students make the job really fun, other times, they can quite frustrating

      The coworkers were chill and nice

      Cons

      Pay is low, and the owner demands many hours for no reason. His offer was 800 a month for 30 hours a week.
