Cons
Robly was a space that was rife with passive aggressiveness and confusing pay structure. As the team often met and exceeded their sales goals management would change the pay structure on almost a daily basis. The minute you did not meet your weekly/monthly objective you were put on a chopping block. Also we noticed that the more senior employees who were there for a while were shown absolutely no loyalty and often quit or were let go for unknown reasons. Besides all that Management would frequently fire 30% of their bottom performing sales force. I heard from a friend who still works there that one day they just fired everyone and kept a skeleton crew alive to service existing customers. If you are looking to work at Robly just be prepared and watch out for these things.
