Advancement depended on personal rapport and loyalty to management, not skill. Leadership blamed vendors, bandwidth or "entitled" office population for systemic issues—never their own choices. The same problems (broken feedback, chaotic communication, zero growth) persisted from day one. Solutions were always pinned to hypothetical future changes that never materialized.
