      -Remote work -Great team -Understanding colleagues -A few funny moments in the job and it can be interesting

      Cons

      -Lots of repetitive work and over working -A lot of disgusting things to moderate -Management doesn't seem to care to improve moderation -The company has very avoidable controversies

      Wonderful people, free & tasty breakfast and lunch with a lot of options, not too much pressure

      Pros

      Total compensation is top of the market. Good benefits, matching 401k, free DEXA scans, nice HQ.

      Cons

      Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
