      Don't have much to offer here

      Cons

      Really terrible management from top down. CEO is extremely in the weeds about everything, which makes it hard to make any substantial impact. Trickles down through VPs and more especially in non tech functions.

      Wonderful people, free & tasty breakfast and lunch with a lot of options, not too much pressure

      Pros

      Total compensation is top of the market. Good benefits, matching 401k, free DEXA scans, nice HQ.

      Cons

      Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
