      Free lunch. WFH Monday and Friday.

      Cons

      Not data driven company. Lots of top down initiatives that make no sense. Organizational chaos with nonstop roadmap changes. Huge influx of Meta and Amazon toxic people who take the toxic culture from those places to Roblox. Toxic as in stealing credit, game of thrones power grabs, backstabbing, etc.

      Wonderful people, free & tasty breakfast and lunch with a lot of options, not too much pressure

      Pros

      Total compensation is top of the market. Good benefits, matching 401k, free DEXA scans, nice HQ.

      Cons

      Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
