      It used to be a nice place to work

      Cons

      They're clearly trying to get people to quit by making the company less and less nice to work at. Spying on you. More and more processes and busywork. Most of my work is useless BS, just to appease managers. Technology is garbage.

      Pros

      Total compensation is top of the market. Good benefits, matching 401k, free DEXA scans, nice HQ.

      Cons

      Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
