      Pros

      It's a pretty clean place, you can sometimes abuse your powers it makes me feel like a king. Culture is pretty cool.

      Cons

      Diversity & Salary sucks, they almost only care about their investors which are literally people coming from China.

      Wonderful people, free & tasty breakfast and lunch with a lot of options, not too much pressure

      Pros

      Total compensation is top of the market. Good benefits, matching 401k, free DEXA scans, nice HQ.

      Cons

      Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
