Pros
To name a few, Roblox is a values led company. There are tons of unique technical challenges at scale, and opportunities to innovate. Leaders from c suite to frontline management are accessible for feedback and questions, and I feel supported.
Cons
The cons I can think of and raised to leadership are being considered and I’m seeing action and follow through. No company is perfect, but Roblox is among the best I’ve worked at because every leader is available to take questions and concerns from employees.
