      Pros

      Engineering & product focused Community driven Solving tough problems (Scale, Safety, Security)

      Cons

      Huge platform, with a lot to solve. (mutliple products) Its a great opportunity for growth as you solve difficult problems that need to work at scale. Great place for people who love critical thinking & working with multiple teams to unblock problems.

      Wonderful people, free & tasty breakfast and lunch with a lot of options, not too much pressure

      Lots of responsibility, lower RO rate (for interns)

      Pros

      Total compensation is top of the market. Good benefits, matching 401k, free DEXA scans, nice HQ.

      Cons

      Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
