Great concept and application Good staff and smart people Pleasant work environment

Cons

Like most online game companies the life work balance is wonky. Some changes as their core workers grow up and more have families. They really need to look at their QA prices session and actually create a team to QA things beyond having the programmers check their own code

Wonderful people, free & tasty breakfast and lunch with a lot of options, not too much pressure

Cons

Lots of responsibility, lower RO rate (for interns)

Pros

Total compensation is top of the market. Good benefits, matching 401k, free DEXA scans, nice HQ.

Cons

Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
