      Pros

      Roblox has been the friendliest and most supportive company thus far. It really feel like you have a family of amazing co-workers. This company inspires me to do better and be better everyday.

      Cons

      There are no downsides of working at Roblox, I love everything about this company!

      Wonderful people, free & tasty breakfast and lunch with a lot of options, not too much pressure

      Pros

      Total compensation is top of the market. Good benefits, matching 401k, free DEXA scans, nice HQ.

      Cons

      Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
