      Pros

      Passionate people who care about the products, the teams and the community. A lot companies claim to have a special culture, Roblox is the real deal. Growing fast but still small enough to feel like you are a part of family and large enough that you feel solid job security and growth opportunities.

      Cons

      There's a shortage of talented engineering leaders and managers to help the company grow to its full potential. But, that's starting to change.

      Wonderful people, free & tasty breakfast and lunch with a lot of options, not too much pressure

      Cons

      Lots of responsibility, lower RO rate (for interns)

      Pros

      Total compensation is top of the market. Good benefits, matching 401k, free DEXA scans, nice HQ.

      Cons

      Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
