      nice snack bar, whatever you like

      Cons

      I was fired and replaced by a buddy hire right before their IPO before they legally have to assign stock options to their staff. Nefarious management who knows no bounds. I got lucky however, because before me a group of 5 people were fired in their entirety, no questions asked. Be prepared for cutthroat workplace, or become friends with management.

      Pros

      Total compensation is top of the market. Good benefits, matching 401k, free DEXA scans, nice HQ.

      Cons

      Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
