they offer breakfast to employees every monday they mostly employ young people even without experience and train you they have open door policy you will most probably end up working with people within your age bracket
Cons
they under pay employees and have a policy of paying employees 70% of their salary if they don't meet targets which mostly the pay is less than 15k if you are a sales person they give unachievable targets and tasks every end month they evaluate perfomance before paying employs and they 'grill' employees ruthlessly they don't have office cleaner those who come late do the job as punishment
