      Pros

      RobinTek is the epitome of a family business. Everyone is incredibly nice, and you feel like a part of the family. The owners make sure to get lunch and mingle with even the interns, the environment is very casual, and you are constantly pushed to improve and learn something new every day.

      Cons

      Competency is a must. They ARE great people, but due to their size they can't shoulder any dead weight employees.

      Pros

      Fast paced working environment. Tons of web dev and design experience working on sites of all sizes from many different industries in a collaborative team environment. Daily short and longer weekly scrum meetings. Learning opportunities on the job and through online courses, with the option to find your own classes or interests. Flexible hours with remote work available, even before the pandemic. Company matched 401k plus bonuses. Paid holidays, awesome vacation and sick leave policies for full time employees. Fun social events and an abundance of Christmas decorations. Great people on and off the clock. They will be missed.

      Donut Friday was only once a week.
