      Being focused on growth and developing our own products makes it difficult to pay the higher salaries other firms provide.

      Pros

      RobinTek is the epitome of a family business. Everyone is incredibly nice, and you feel like a part of the family. The owners make sure to get lunch and mingle with even the interns, the environment is very casual, and you are constantly pushed to improve and learn something new every day.

      Cons

      Competency is a must. They ARE great people, but due to their size they can't shoulder any dead weight employees.
