      Nothing about this place qualifies as pro.

      Cons

      Worst company to work for, they are a small shop that do static work for the most part and think they are Web Developers. Run away, they will test you for 30 days with no guarantee. On the 30th day they will call you and say bye bye. You did not meet, the team decided “YOU SUCK”. What I don’t understand is why do you over hire and then fire the bad one? Take your time and hire the best?

      Pros

      RobinTek is the epitome of a family business. Everyone is incredibly nice, and you feel like a part of the family. The owners make sure to get lunch and mingle with even the interns, the environment is very casual, and you are constantly pushed to improve and learn something new every day.

      Cons

      Competency is a must. They ARE great people, but due to their size they can't shoulder any dead weight employees.
