      Hourly pay is very good, as well as the benefits.

      Cons

      He will not have a steady shift for the first two months at least. Training is minimal at this location. Except mandatory training and safety coarses online.

      Great people to work with. Company treats people fairly - they care about the employees. Anyone saying otherwise should be looking in the mirror to find the real problem.

      Sometimes people get more chances than they deserve.
