      Pros

      Compensation and Benefits are above average.

      Cons

      A company culture that may be beyond repair. So many toxic managers are considered untouchable. Company policy is completely ignored when complaints are made against them. HR doesn't protect the company, they protect loyal employees. Their failure will eventually cause compounding litigation that is unsustainable.
