Pros
Great for learning the ropes and getting experience . You get to wear many hats that help you to build your skills . the corporate office has a great training program for employees who wants to learn different areas of the company . Benefits are good
Cons
Low salaries , no room for growth, unless you belong to the elite boys club . Macro management, bad culture , toxic characters , A lot of pressure from upper management to make the numbers and at the end of the year they will get their bonuses but the rest of employees will never see it. They claim to have an open door policy but they will use it against you .
