      The lasting relationships you create with your coworkers and the challenges of being a smaller supplier in a larger market.

      Cons

      Sometimes the economy has more of an impact on us than we'd like. For some a smaller company doesn't always meet their ambition level regarding their position.

      Pros

      Will give you plenty of experience welding in flux core. You'll also learn to build and fit pieces.

      Cons

      All experience hands are leaving or have left due to pay not increasing for them but only increasing for new hires and management. Good old boys club both on the floor and in management, if you're not in the club you're screwed. Would not recommend
