No scope for progression within a certain role. Work flow can be variable (quality projects can be too few or take a long time to get started. There isn't always an innovative culture)

Very laid-back place to work. Left to to do the job without micromanagement.

Very poor health and safety standards. For a company with such dangerous materials they are far too slack with the health and safety side. Permits to work are used only to comply to the law, not to ensure your safety.
