Pros

Working at Robin gives you the opportunity to work on a lot of different projects. You are expected to have a pro-active mindset and attitude. Once onboarded you are rewarded with more freedom in your role.

Cons

Being a start/scale up not everything is outlined yet. Some side quests are to be expected, might not be the best fit if you prefer big corporates. Fully remote or remote first is not an option

Hybrid (3 days in office can be hard for some people because of the commute)

Pros

It really feels like we are working towards the same goal together, team spirit is great and everyone is always open to help you with anything.

Cons

Because we are a start up things can change really fast in here, this is a pro as it is a con; if you see a oppurtunity to improve you get the room to make the change, also, you must be able to switch quickly
