Pros
The people... Hadn't planned on being here this long but personally have had a great time working here. Again, personally I have had opportunity to develop my career, keep busy learning new things and do feel that I am a valued member of the team. The growth in the business at the moment is opening more opportunities to develop even further. Its a great company to work for
Cons
I like being busy, but sometimes you feel like its just too much work and not enough employees to deliver. I know its a fine balance of having too much overhead costs against sales, but I often feel overwhelmed with the amount of work - I can cope with it but many others that come in are often not able to manage it. Theres no point in posting record profits when its not sustainable and employees are run ragged.
