      Hours. Free Bagels on Thursdays.

      Cons

      Old boy sexist network. Behind the times in almost every category (ad work and employee relations). Terrible upper management. Little chance of advancement. Most get experience and leave for better positions. Non existent raises and bonuses. Employees treated as disingenuous drones. A culture of dishonesty exists.

      Pros

      Great supervisors. Clear directions. Friendly and supportive Founder, Art Directors and Marketing Department. Nice corporate culture.

      Pros

      Very easy place to work. The hours aren't long and you can actually have a life. They are very flexible. You don't have any of that "bro" attitude. The environment isn't cut throat or competitive.

      Cons

      Old, old, old. Not forward-thinking at all. No culture and the work reflects that-it's very bland and boring. The producers are lazy-they work with the same small handfuls of editors and directors on everything. A big yawn.
