Pros
Okay if it’s your first job to get experience, but leave as fast as you can!
Cons
No way to get promotions or raises without begging, and when they promise you one you have to wait a long time (I’ve seen it take longer than a year). Software engineer management is terrible, and they tell their current employees to leave a good Glassdoor review just so they can hire people. They also said it would be work from home, but still made me go into the office (This came down from the CEO himself). The CEO also walks around just to make sure you’re using company issued notebooks/pens!! If you love micromanagement, terrible software manager, and a development team that never gets to finish anything, this is the place for you! (This goes for all departments, not just software engineering)
