Leads are provided, you do get lots of leads.

Cons

The leads are like sorting through the trash, lots of garbage to go through to find something that actually pays. Leads are "scrubbed" so select agents get the good ones that are high value. Expect to work long hours chasing your tail for the occasional paycheck. They only expect you to convert about 5% of what they give you, so 95% of what you get is admittedly junk. Beats starving or being homeless, but that is about it. Too much of a family and friends program going on.

We are sorry about your experience. Not everyone is cut out to handle the lead volume we provide here at Robert Slack. We also cannot control the lead quality as it is different in every zip code, we provide the top leads from Realtor.com for all our agents. We spend more than $1,000 per agent per month from day #1 making a large financial investment in our agents on just leads alone. We have no Desk fees, no Marketing fees, no Technology fees and all the tools and training you need and its closer to $1,500 a month. Certainly, no other Real Estate broker provides what we do. In 2019 we have added several new automation & CRM programs to help manage the many leads that come in. Again sorry about your experience and we wish you the best.
