Pros

It is a job, that pays some money

Cons

Miserable office and environment No culture Minimal communication Laughable office politics Poor management Zero Automation Lousy Benefits (If you are eligible) Unrealistic expectations Nobody cares about you and you are expendable no matter what your skills I would never advise anyone to work for this company in any capacity. You will be overworked and expected to live, breathe, and die the brand. Few if any get togethers and those that occur are half assed. Office politics is a hinderance to productivity. Human resources won't be able to help you much as it consists of one person for the entire company. Lack of automation means everything must be done on paper and you can expect there to be discrepancies. Management is always bickering and or patting themselves on the back while employees sit miserably with no chance of advancement or compensation. Qualified people leave at first chance and everyone is looking to leave at earliest convenience. They'll be replaced with inexperienced or temporary interns. Please, for your own mental health, avoid working at this company. Unless you're ok with being another rusty cog in a useless machine.
