Pros

-Discount is generous. -Store staff members are great people. -Flexible schedule.

Cons

-Strange clients and company culture, consists of "collectors" who are glorified coupon clipping gurus who think they have advanced negotiating skills. Clients constantly scheme and are practically overgrown children who throw fits. Wanna be macho client base who try to intimidate just to save a penny. Clients conditioned to bargain by bullying. -No promotion or growth. Not a single employee has ever been promoted in the entire history of Robert Graham's NYC store. For a flagship as it is now referred to, there are 5 out of 7 employees who don't receive bonuses or benefits while earning terrible wages. -Constant inappropriate behavior by upper management that is reported but never addressed. Laughable Human Resources Department which is ran by 1 person. -Harassment and interference from high ranking executives to low wage earning, hard working store associates on an almost daily basis. -Corporate is run by clowns who use their "flagship" NYC location as their personal circus. Members of corporate team won't bother to introduce themselves or even make eye contact with hourly wage workers during their 4 to 5 hour long (almost weekly) visits, while drinking whisky and eating sushi on the couch. They will not hesitate to point out your flaws and stare at you while you work for not looking like a catalog model. Borderline racist company and clients. -Terrible quality of clothing with deceptive marketing strategies used to hide where products were actually designed and made using acronyms like Made in PRC instead of Made in China. -Virtually no rewards program despite touting the prestigious Collector's Club as club points do not equate to anything that any random customer who just walked in would not have access to. Total scam. -By weekly events that are thrown together the night before with disastrous results. Clients often complain about the poorly handled promotions and events which have become laughable from a company that sends an email out to clients DAILY to shop. Part time hourly workers are left to do damage control for mistakes they had no control over. -Absurd expectations for terrible pay with a 5 page secret shop report to make sure you say every line in a hilariously robotic/cheesy script. -Company wastes money on Maxim Magazines, cigars, espresso, alcohol (which does not abide by mall rules), unnecessary packaging, promos and giveaways while paying employees nothing. Very low class values. -As a part time sales employee you basically act as sales clerks, stock workers, management, visual merchandisers, baristas, bartenders, waiters/servers, therapists, public relations, clerical workers, tech support, event planners and damage control.
