      Losing valuable Competence Slowly - Process Development Engineer Robert Bosch Employee Review

      Pros

      Work-Life balance exists at least. Some competent people are still here to learn from.

      Cons

      Competence is not really valued to even try to keep high level engineer's from quitting their jobs. As it is a production facility, not much R&D happens. Mostly everyones job is to keeping existing systems running. Some people are abusing the company resources and acting ignorant with no real consequences. Such as going on abroad trips even when having nothing to do with the business there.

      Pros

      Work-life balance is great and getting an internship extended is very common.

      Not on the cutting edge of tech at all and they seem to move slowly much like the rest of the auto industry.
