      really good people to interact. no formals.you can wear any casual dress just as if you are going to college. no bench concept. direct projects with 2 months training. good for electronics, automobile students. finally FREE food. very healthy and delicious food (breakfast+lunch+snacks)

      Pros

      Work-life balance is great and getting an internship extended is very common.

      Cons

      Not on the cutting edge of tech at all and they seem to move slowly much like the rest of the auto industry.
