Pros
Projects are often iconic and largescale - good for intrinsic motivation, although they can be laden in politics and poor budgeting i.e. may be run LEAN some good people, so it is asy to form good teams and is sociable
Cons
No career plans for staff, often the management fly in Australians rather than build for the future through organic growth. Payscales are morally questionable for on the floor fee-earning staff compared with directors and australians sometimes a 90s (racist/mysoginistic) boys club feel, which does nothing for staff moral on the floor. possibly not familiar with UK employment laws
