      People, they are the biggest reason to work for Robert allen

      Cons

      No raise for the last 10 years, many layoffs . Upper management has no idea how to run business . Top management treats employees very badly. No 401k match ,very bad employee benefits .

      The pay was good and the environment was nice as well.

      Cons

      I lived 35 minutes away. So the commute was a lot longer than other jobs.
