Growing startup, ready to boom - Business Development Robben Media Employee Review

Having much experience in the corporate world, it is so great to work for a startup that values my drive and experience rather that just what is on my resume - Management does a great job in providing and receiving feedback. Because of this, I feel heard and valued - Having the opportunity to work from home is very freeing. I love being able to work on different tasks each day eliminating the "burnout" feeling of repetitive tasks

- As Robben Media continues to grow, having health insurance would be a great incentive to have

1.) Very high level of flexibility and freedom with work schedule. 2.) Corporate culture is supportive and encouraging of growth. 3.) Generally socially responsible philosophies. 4.) Management is open to discuss things such as pay raises (see #3 of Cons list).

1.) At times, responsibilities can pile up and feel overwhelming. 2.) Sometimes there seem to be communication disconnects/misunderstandings that aren't noticed until afterward. 3.) Personally, I felt that my original pay rate was lower than I deserved (but see #4 of Pros list).
