1. The company is standing with their employees in tough times of Covid as well, no Lay off. 2. The Management was well aware of the Lockdown situtaion and provided WFH much earlier than official lockdown for our own safety. 3. Slack check-ups almost daily about well being of us. 4. Got appraisals just before lockdown, but in this tough times as well where there is pay-cuts going, company did not defer the increased pay.
