Legitimate company unlike some TC outfits. Hourly rates competitive but have limited hours.

Way too many TCs on the books for what they need so most TCs dont get enough shifts. Don't work on big projects and have lost a lot of contracts. Don't keep TCs updated if no work but expect them to essentially be on call 24/7. Also have supervisors who are essentially teenage girls which might explain why they are losing contracts.

Really lovely people, jobs can go for long but even better with the overtime, meal and fuel allowance!!

Some team leaders (no fault of management) can take advantage of their positions especially people who are new and don’t know things
