Aweful - Anonymous employee Roadrunnr Employee Review

1) Trying to automate logistics end to end. It has never been done before. 2) The scale at which roadrunnr is growing bring in lot of technical challenges. Its a great learning experience. 3) The team has really smart people and have experience in working for companies like amazon, flipkart, ola, thoughtworks, infibeam. Its great to hear their experiences. 4) Breakfasts, lunch an dinner served in office :) 5) For tech team you get to choose your laptop, monitor, keyboard anything that will make you productive!

1) People work here day an night so it can be little overwhelming. But i think it comes with a fast paced startup where everyone is excited about solving a problem!

Sorry i didn't get a chance to review them but looking at other latest reviews i am sure what they could be.

I have got an offer letter from the company and after almost 40 days after i put papers in my current company for a notice period of 60 days. Suddenly a phone calls came up and said that they are revoking my offer letter. I was shocked to hear that and that too without any reason. Luckily i had one more offer so joined even a better company. But trust me friends, be very very careful for choosing such a fake company. They can change their minds at any point and then your career would be in a great danger.
