Pros
- great, fun coworkers - get private shows - learn lots of new tasks and programs - good feedback - great connections for the future -brand name recognition - NYC location - workshops and extra learning opportunities available
Cons
- not paid (which is unfortunate for such a large company WMG) - intern project isn't optional - interns no longer get extra tix - intern project really just seemed like a way for CEO to pick the minds of millennials and their music habits - interns work with assistants and don't really get the whole inside scoop of the industry from higher ups
