Pros
-I met some amazing people at this company and made great friendships. It was such a great experience to meet and connect with others. -Benefits were decent and very inexpensive -I enjoyed having goals to meet and being able to leave home early if our teams met our goals. -This is a great job for students fresh out of college or people looking to get professional experience in an office environment. You learn a lot of social and administrative tasks as well as ownership and goal completion -I appreciated the lunch hours and meetings to help better BDRS
Cons
-No 401k but that is to be expected with a start up company - I think a lot of the team leads were given the notion that they were managers and then that was taken away from them. Their roles didn't seem to be clear and some were rude to their BDRS. An outline for their job description should be more apparent and they should be given training on leading a team. -There was no HR team while I was there and there were situations where a bunch of people were laid off, some for good reason and some for not so good reason. That could impact RR in the long run especially if someone decided to move forward with the company in a negative legal impacting way. The company should be revamped in terms of HR - I had a negative experience numerous times with racist comments. If there is no training or workshops for employees here this could be yet another HR issue. -I had a negative experience when I left as I thought I left on positive terms. There was situation that RR gave incorrect and negative information about me to a outside employer. This is a legal issue and as someone who is familiar with HR policies and procedures anyone could push back with legal implications. please be advised of your HR issues. - I think when employees had issues with other employees and brought them to the attention of higher ups, nobody seemed to take it seriously or try to fix the problem.
