I worked at RoadOne IntermodaLogistics for a while and overall had a really good experience. The job kept me busy and I learned a lot about transportation, dispatching, and how logistics operations actually work day to day. My coworkers were easy to work with and management in our terminal treated people fairly if you did your job well.

Busy days can get hectic sometimes.

Decent experience if you want to understand intermodal logistics.

The team was stretched too thin. When someone left, everyone else inherited the work instead of replacing the position. Mistakes became inevitable because there was simply too much to handle.
