Great team that are all passionate about their work, owners actually care, there is a "speak up" environment where ideas and suggestions are considered and/or implemented, free foods/drinks regularly, good benefits for the cannabis industry, professional development help, opportunities for growth, compensation for overtime for hourly employees (most of the company)
Cons
Varying sample loads (unfortunately, the lab doesn't have control over client's production schedules)
