Pros
All of the managers are very personable and kind. Very understanding of situations (school, other jobs), flexible hours. Great Overall Job.
Cons
Not too many downsides, sometimes business is slow (as in many restaurant businesses) and sometimes there are too many people trying to work more hours. This makes it difficult to earn a decent paycheck.
