      Pros

      Flexibility, amazing peers and managers. Good compensation. Good exposure to different industries.

      Cons

      Recent acquisition from Wipro is causing too many changes. Bonuses were cancelled this year and communicated very poorly. A lot of senior management left recently and suddenly and there is frequent restructuring going on.

      Pros

      Rizing was a great company to break into SAP Consulting. You had great people working within the company willing to go to bat for you.

      Cons

      Wipro integration. Wipro Leadership is out of touch with how Rizing and SAP does business. Wipro service quality is nothing compared to what Rizing was. They let go of a majority of Rizing employees to gain their connections. Stay away.
