Pros
It's really easy to work independently since the allocated resource has the full ownership on all the tasks relates to the project. Paying range also high when considering same position in other companies.
Cons
There are instances where we will have to attend on parallel tasks which are not relates to the current on going project. This will become challenging when the workload of existing project is high.
