      Pros

      Experienced, friendly coworkers. Clients may be stressful at times but the team is always good at working through it. You'll never have to worry about picking up dead weight from coworkers.

      Cons

      Promotions are few and far between.

      Pros

      Rizing was a great company to break into SAP Consulting. You had great people working within the company willing to go to bat for you.

      Cons

      Wipro integration. Wipro Leadership is out of touch with how Rizing and SAP does business. Wipro service quality is nothing compared to what Rizing was. They let go of a majority of Rizing employees to gain their connections. Stay away.
